Need help with Should I Worry? Check the FAQ below, or contact us directly.

Is this app a replacement for calling my doctor?

No. Should I Worry? provides general health guidance to help you make informed decisions. It does not replace professional medical advice. When in doubt, always call your pediatrician or go to the ER.

What's included in the free version vs. Pro?

The free version includes access to a selection of symptom assessments. Pro unlocks all 14 symptom categories, OTC dosing cards, medication timer, child profiles, and assessment history.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your iPhone Settings > tap your name at the top > Subscriptions > Should I Worry? > Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Is my data private?

Yes. All data stays on your device. We don't collect, store, or transmit any personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Where do the medical recommendations come from?

Every recommendation is based on published guidelines from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP), and peer-reviewed medical journals. You can tap "View References" on any result to see the specific sources.

The app gave me a "green" result but I'm still worried. What should I do?

Trust your instincts. If something feels wrong, call your pediatrician or go to the ER. The app provides general guidance, but you know your child best. No app can replace a parent's intuition.

Who is Dr. Oliver Morris?

Dr. Morris is a board-certified emergency medicine physician (DO) and father of four, practicing in Florida. He built this app based on the same triage protocols he uses in the ER every day.
