Should I Worry? is an informational health reference app designed to help parents assess common pediatric symptoms. The App provides general guidance based on published medical literature, AAP guidelines, and clinical protocols.
The App is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
The information provided by the App is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Use of the App does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Dr. Oliver Morris or any other healthcare provider. The App is a reference tool, not a clinical consultation.
While we strive to provide accurate, up-to-date information based on current medical literature, medicine is constantly evolving. We do not guarantee that the information in the App is complete, current, or error-free. Clinical guidelines may change, and individual circumstances vary.
Should I Worry? offers a free version with limited features and a Pro subscription for full access. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store.
All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Dr. Oliver Morris and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr. Oliver Morris and Should I Worry? shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App. This includes, without limitation, damages for medical outcomes, loss of data, or other intangible losses.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. Oliver Morris from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
